All warranty issues must go through the Whyte dealer the bike was purchased from.
Suspension forks, rear shocks and other parts not manufactured by Whyte Bikes are covered by the stated warranty of their manufacturer. Claims on these components should be sent to their UK representative back through your supplying dealer.

Many dealers operate their own demo bikes or have access to our demo fleet. Contact your local Whyte dealer for further details.
When will a specific bike become available?
Your local Whyte dealer has access to up to date information on which bikes are available and when. They are also able to make pre-orders for you.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY FRAME NUMBER?
Usually located on the underside of the bottom bracket shell. Some newer models have the number located on the underside of the lower section of the downtube.
Any issues regarding purchases, replacement part compatability, servicing or warranty must go through your local Whyte supplying dealer.
